ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Additional social media channels can be added to Publer for $5/channel/month, including TikTok, Pinterest, Telegram and additional Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram locations.

Dify Social uses Publer, a professional social media scheduling platform, to schedule and manage client content across supported channels. Dify Social is also an Australian Publer affiliate. Learn more about Publer

Facebook advertising spend is paid directly by the business customer. As a guide, a $5–$10/day advertising budget represents an additional investment of approximately $150–$300/month.

*A Facebook advertising management fee of 15% applies for multiple campaigns or annual advertising spend greater than $500.

Additional consulting or work outside the agreed scope is available at Dify Social's standard consulting rate. Existing and returning clients receive a 50% discount on the standard hourly rate for additional work.

A Maintenance+ option is also available for businesses requiring simple ongoing visibility without reporting or broader management.

For ongoing Dify Social Management services, Bartercard or Qoin may be accepted for up to 50% of monthly fees, where negotiated and agreed in advance.

Dify Social also accepts mainstream cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USD Coin (USDC). Up to 100% payment in cryptocurrency may be accepted by arrangement, with all services quoted and invoiced in AUD. See DIFY CRYPTO for further information.

Digital Asset Care and Care+, outlined below, provide further options for businesses that don't require ongoing social media management but want their digital assets professionally maintained and supported.

DIGITAL ASSET CARE

Not every business needs ongoing social media management. Digital Asset Care is designed for businesses and sporting clubs that want their key digital assets to remain secure, accessible and professionally maintained.

Over the past 14 years, Dify Social has helped hundreds of Australian businesses and sporting clubs establish, manage and protect their online presence.

For returning clients where Dify Social no longer has administrator access to the required digital assets, a one-off Setup session of up to 2 hours is available at the reduced client rate of $114.75/hour incl. GST.

For new clients, a Setup session of up to 2 hours is available at the standard rate of $229.50/hour incl. GST. Please refer to the DIFY SET-UPS page for setup options and pricing.

Digital Asset Care

$295/year incl. GST

For businesses and sporting clubs with up to three digital assets, including Google Business Profile, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, LinkedIn, X and/or YouTube.

Includes:
✅ Retaining administrator access (where requested)
✅ Annual digital asset review
✅ Annual administrator access and security check
✅ Up to one hour of ad-hoc assistance each year
✅ Up to three digital assets added to the free Publer social media scheduler
✅ Priority support at reduced client rates whenever additional help is required

Digital Asset Care Plus

$595 per year incl. GST

For businesses and sporting clubs wanting support across up to five digital assets plus a simple ongoing social media presence.

Includes everything above, plus:
✅ Management of up to five digital assets
✅ One scheduled post each month across up to five digital assets - up to 12 per year
✅ Placement of five or more digital assets in Dify Social's Publer scheduling workspace
✅ Additional digital assets available for $100/year each

Ideal for organisations that manage most of their own marketing but value having a trusted digital partner available when needed.
