DISC Style: Coach - C(Free via Tony Robbins)
Coaches are adept at solving "people problems." They are seen as warm, empathetic and insightful. They like to form extended personal relationships and often develop a reputation for unobtrusive, contributory efforts when working with others. They can become too lenient with marginal contributors and tend to be too mild when issuing corrections, directions and expectations.

OTHER INFORMATION
My burning desire is to: Do the best I can in this role to help small businesses
Something no one would know about me: I’m a fraternal twin but nobody guesses I’m the older one
My key to success: Learn as much as I can, keep an open mind and just keep trying new things

GOALS: To fully utilise the training and learning opportunities provided by Dify, first of all. My goal would be to assist in helping small businesses as specified in the job description and help them achieve the best social media marketing results I can.

My ultimate working goal is to gain experience and confidence in the ever-changing social media marketing industry. I aspire one day to utilise team leadership skills, whether that is through leading a team of my own or simply demonstrating leadership through communications with my co-workers

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: To date, my biggest achievement has been my Honours thesis, investigating representations of Indigenous Australian peoples in climate change reporting. For this, I received a First Class result.

I am proud to have been part of projects that have benefited the community. Through my thesis topic, internships with The Wilderness Society SA and the Barossa Farmers Market and a volunteer role with the Organization for World Peace, a previous interviewer remarked I had an image of somebody interested in the environment and community around them

INTERESTS: I have played field hockey since 2007 for Nuriootpa Hockey Club. I have enjoyed playing with a small family of teammates and getting to know new people as the seasons have gone by.

NETWORKS: I have a wide network in the Barossa Valley community, both as a resident and through my work. I have worked at the local Foodland, radio station and Farmers Market.

SKILLS: my main strength or skill is adaptability. I have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and many social media platforms, but importantly I can utilise basic principles to navigate software I’m not familiar with. I have strong written and oral communication skills, as proven by my thesis and previous work experience.
